Do you think that Japanese companies need to improve their treatment of female workers?

  I think that Japanese companies need to improve their treatment of female wokers. I have two reasons to support my opinion.

  First of all, some of female workers have to spend time and money to raise their children. Woman who works at an office has no time to play with their young sons or daughters in day time. Moreover, there is a growing tendency that women don't want their children because they cherish their working time. Japanese companies have to adopt more leave for their wokers. It will be enable them to work at companies comfortable.

  Second of all, it is known that women don't have enough opportunities to hired by firms. It is caused by Japanese custom and history. For example, some people  said that women must do housework and they should not work outside. Increasing job opportunities will have positive effects on society.

  These are the reasons why I think womans ought to be treated by companies more equaly.

お久しぶりです。筆者です。これほど執筆しない期間が長引くとは思ってもみませんでした。すみません。（皆さんに謝ることはもちろんですが、のちの自分の首を絞めるようなものですので……）

久しぶりにブログを開いたところ、筆者の記事が何人かの方に読まれていたことがわかりました。かなり驚きました。このような変哲なブログページをお読みくださり、本当にありがとうございます。

前回は深夜投稿したものですから、言葉選びがなっていない文章となっていましたが、これからは毎日日中に執筆、投稿するよう心がけます。常に寝不足状態ですので特に変わりがあるというわけではありませんが。

万が一……こんな稚拙な文章に少しだけ手を加えて添削してやろうと……そんな心優しい方がいらっしゃるのでしたら、筆者は地面に頭をつけて感謝いたします。もしいらっしゃいましたら、コメントから添削していただけると助かります。それ以前に、添削の施しようもない文章ですが、これから精進していきますので、何卒宜しくお願い致します。
