Should people's salaries be baced on their job performance?

       I think that people's salaries should be baced on their job performance. I have two reasons to support my oppinion.

      Firstly, people are inspirated to do their tasks with more interests. It is know that many people motivate with things generating money.

Rising workers wages will has good effects on their motivation in the future.

      Moreover, it has good effects on population of wokers on business. There is a growing tendency that young people working decrease. The results shows that many of them earn money by becoming inflluencers such as youtubers. It is expected young workers working at office will increase.

      In conclution, more and more industries ought to rise wages with considering their working performance.
