Do companies need to improve the way they treat their wokers?

        I believe that companies need to improve the way they treat their wokers. I have two reasons to support my oppinon. 

       Firstly, it is said that  There is a growing tendency that women who suffer from sxually harassment imcrease. Inproving treatement will has good effects on the society without considering anxious of male-femele equality in the future.

       Moreover, their wages are far from satisfication. are For example, although people worked at their office until midnight, companies Rising their salaries by employers, employees live more comfortable with enough money in the future.

       In concluson, more emploees ought to be treated more politely in order to live wokers life more comfortable.
