Agree or disagree; Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers.

           I agree with the idea that Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers. I have two reasons to support my oppinion. 

          Firstly, it has positive effects on population of working people, which is declining. There is a growing tendecy that young people decrease in Japan. Foreign workers play an important role in business in Japan.

          Moreover, it bring about good inpacts on Japanese globalization.  to In Japan, it is said that most of Japanese cannot speak English because they hardly talk with people who native language is Eng.

Commmunicating foreign people is great opportunities that Japanese people learn about their different cultures.

          In conclusion, more and more foreign people ought to be hired by Japaneses companies.
