Agree or disagree; Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers

   I agree with the idea that Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers. I have two reasons to support my opinion.

   First of all, it is good opportunities to increase young workers. There is a growing tendency that the population of young people decrease in Japan. Hiring people from abroad will have positive effects on society.

   Second of all, enployeeing foreign people enable us to learn about their customs and cultures. It is said that some Japanese people do not familier to different cultures because there are few people coming from overseas. It is important to understand customs and cultures each other.

   For above mentiones two reasons, I believe that more workers from abroad ought to be employed by Japanese companies.

一歩一歩進歩してるとは思うけれど、やはり話題に得意不得意がある。
