Do companies need to improve the way they treat their workers?

    I think that companies need to improve the way they treat their workers. I have two reasons to support my oppinion.

    First of all, it is said that comapanies do not treat between man and woman equaly. For example, some womans suffer from sexually harassed by another cowokers. Changing the way to treat workers is good opportunities to think about Male-female equality.

    Second of all, salaries

There is a growing tendency that 

 Improving adressing will have positive effects on society.

    For above mentioned two reasons, I believe that workers who belong to Japanese companies ought to be adressed in the different way.
