Is it a good idea for local goverments to build tourists, such as theme parks and museums?

    I think that it is not a good idea for the local goverments to build tourists. I have two reasons to suport my oppinion.

    First of all, it costs a lot in order to construct new building. For ecxample, building theme park need more than one billion dollars. It is important to save tax to use in another way.

    Second of all, it will have negative effects on the environment. Constructing building cause such as global warming because they emit a lot of carbon dioxide. It unable us to protect the environment. 

    For above mentiones two reasons, I believe that new places to go sightseeing should not be built by the local goverments.

時がたつにつれて、内容が分かりづらくだんだん理解不能になってきます。疲れているのでしょうか……今日は小学生以来ですが８時に就寝することにしましょう。眠気が限界突破する前に。
